Remote Training Specialist II 

$28-$30/hr 6-month W2 contract (possibility of extension)

If  local to Austin, TX or Lake County – would prefer they can go onsite on occasion if needed

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify training needs thru impact and training analysis
• Work with the development of content for training with the SME’s
• Work with training matrix, training task analysis
• Assist with and or develop training maps
• Assist with the development/update and use of Excel Training Spreadsheets
• Work with Instructional Designer as needed
• Develop and create training material for Learning Management System or In Person Training
• Develop training handouts, quizzes etc.
• Develop training assessments based on Kirkpatrick’s 4 Levels of Assessments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Education, Training, or related field
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Training Specialist
• Proficient with learning management systems
• Knowledge of instructional theory and Adult Learning Theories
• Knowledge and Development of Kirkpatrick’s Model of Assessments
• Knowledge and Execution of Task Analysis

• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks/assignments, meet deadlines and act with the flexibility and initiative to thrive in a dynamic environment of rapidly changing needs
• Ability to effectively interact and develop constructive and cooperative relationships with subject matter experts and other business partners
