HealthCare Support is currently interviewing for a Remote Special Needs RN Case Manager opening with a top-rated healthcare employer that works with the military and veteran population.! This Remote Special Needs RN Case Manager opportunity is a full-time, permanent, fully benefited position with an opportunity for growth.
Remote RN Case Manager Responsibilities:

• Provides case management and prior authorization services to special needs members
• Members that this RN Case Manager will be speaking with are active or retired military members and their families
• Develops care plans in coordination with providers, patients, families as appropriate and assess the effectiveness
• May monitor and oversee workflow function in case management

Remote RN Case Manager Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of residence
• CCM or ACM required
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 3+ years of managed care case management experience
• Must have experience working with special needs population
• Previous experience telecommuting/working remotely
• MUST live in PST, MST, or CST time zone
