Remote Coordinator for 401k Education Program – Excellent Commission Structure and Benefits + Base Salary

Outbound calling & emails to invite Human Resources professionals or Plan Sponsors, to register to attend, in person or virtually, 401(k) Plan fiduciary* education program.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be eligible to work in FL
• Experience Cold Calling over 100+ per day

• Recruiting Attendees or Guests for Webinar or In Person conferences

Compensation:

Starting salary $36,000 + Commission

Schedule: Full-time: 30 to 40 Hours Per Week (Part-time will be considered, but Benefits are not available) Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (No Weekends) 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Includes up to 15 minutes morning break & up to 15 minute afternoon break) (Unpaid 30 to 60 minutes for Lunch)

Probation/Training Period:

• Up to 90 Days
• Wages are paid during training period for hours worked
• Initial Training in person in Jupiter, FL January 2023
