Remote Data Analyst (SQL Experience Required)
Remote Catalog Analyst Role with A Leading Food Delivery Service Company 100% Remote from Day 1 Pay: Starting at $22/ hour WILL increase to $25 based on responsibilities and performance Schedule: Monday – Friday Flexible Schedule Between 5am – 5 pm PST Start Date: ASAP Description:
+ Balance between ticketing, monitoring a handful of slack threads looking to see if there is any issues that they can help with or if they get tagged in any issues and responding to issues in a timely manner
+ Responding to issues in real time and doing detective work on internal database to solve issues
+ Work on personal side projects when there are no tickets to respond to
+ Database detective work. If you find a problem going through the database and its not a quick fix using SQL being able to create a project and figuring it out on your own is a must!
+ Creating projects to find root cause issues.
+ Must be able to work in an ever changing environment and in ambiguity
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Analyst (start $22, WILL increase to $25 based on responsibilities and performance) 2+ years of experience with SQL o joins, aggregate functions, group by statements, wildcards, etc Preferred experience with Jupyter Notebook but not required Python experience o will have to be able to plug & play values into a templated sequence Comfortable with intermediate to advanced Excel o Vlookups, pivottables, other formulas, etc. Ability to get to the lowest level of detail while also operating at 10,000 feet o owning the process and details but also understanding the strategic vision of the project & ability to provide input to improve the processes or strategy A problem solver who thinks creatively A great communicator who can present findings and proposed solutions to leadership clearly & concisely, while considering all stakeholders Ability to form relationship with cross-functional partners An analytical mind and a willingness to learn new analytical skills Please email your resume to @firstname.lastname@example.org with your resume and why you would be a good fit for the above role.
