Remote Customer Service Rep – Faith Based Company
Remote Faith Based – Retention Customer Service Representative Pay: $16.25 Location: *Remote* Hours: 8 hour shift – M -F any time between 6AM – 7PM MST Description: Faith based, Christian Organization is looking for customer service representatives to join their Member Services Representative team. This position is customer service, but also has an aspect of sales. This person will be the first point of contact for members or potential members. Will answer questions or concerns related to the Medi-Share membership guidelines, general provisions of the program, technical support, monthly share payments, etc. Will be taking roughly 50-80 inbound calls per day. Will be provided a script and during these calls to help current and potential members to start but additional training may be required. Will be sending follow up emails/information to potential members to make sure they have all of the information required. This job requires a lot of data entry and multi-tasking between two computer screens. Need someone who is comfortable reading off a script and having the same conversation throughout the day without any issues. Skills: Customer Service, data entry, sales, microsoft office, call center, inbound, outbound, retail, church, member service Additional Skills & Qualifications: At least 1-2+ years of recent call center experience Personal or professional experience with Christianity Strong job tenure in past positions Strong multi-tasking skills and experience multi-tasking in past positions Ability to work off of multiple computer screens and navigate through multiple systems Ability to work full time, within the required hours Must have strong internet connection to work from home Type 30 WPM Strong internet (10 Mbps or more for Download and Upload, less than 100 Ping) Bi-lingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus, but not required Experience Level: Entry Level
