The Security Administrator role is based within our Mission Systems business area.

The role

The difference our new Security Administrator will make
As a Security Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary where you will be key in providing a high level of professional administrative support to the secuity function and wider Mission Systems business unit.

Day to day, you’ll ensure that all security requirements are met, support the development of Personnel Security processes and vetting and clearance requirements. In addition, to support Commercial, Supply Chain and Bid work activities, ensuring such security conditions are properly flowed down and accurately implemented.

Essential experience

  • Administration experience within a regulated industry e.g. defence, banking, legal, accounting etc.
  • GSCE/ A level of education including numeracy and literacy.
  • Good practical understanding of the general requirements necessary to maintain compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • Strong IT Skills across Microsoft platforms
  • You will need to pass SC Security Clearance
