Challenge-TRG is looking for part time cleaners at various hospital locations (Pontypool, Cwmbran, Newport, Ystrad Mynach, Abergavenny, Ebbw Vale and Rhymney).

Role and responsibilities:
Responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks of clinical and non-clinical areas using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and cleaning products, to the method and frequencies required.
Cleaning of all types of floor surfaces
Cleaning of all furniture, fixtures and fittings, wall surfaces and doors.
Clean wash hand basins, showers, baths, toilets, urinals and fittings.
Collect waste for disposal; replace waste bags & clean waste bins.
Replenish disposable items – toilet paper, hand towels, paper rolls and soap.
Clean dispensers and holders, internally and externally.
Specialist cleaning tasks when necessary, requiring the use of steam cleaners and HPV equipment.
Various hours ( 13 – 18 per week )
Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts hours between 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday (Weekends when required)
Pay rates: £10.62 per hour up to £19.43 OT per hour
