Salary: £27,000 pa
Location: West Byfleet, Surrey
Department: Food and Beverage
Shifts: Straight shifts, 40 hours per week, ½ weekends
Responsibilities
* Ensure that all members of the Food and Beverage team receive, understand, and adhere to policies and procedures.
* Ensure all paperwork and administration is completed
* To ensure all Food and Beverage staff demonstrate excellent levels of care, product knowledge and positive attitude to all customers and colleagues
* To act as a role model for all F&B staff,
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required
* Work on a rota basis

Person Specification
* A solid and stable background in a hotel/restaurant environment
* Sufficient awareness of licencing and legal requirements
* The ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
* Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and be approachable to both staff and clients
* A sound and accurate understanding of the importance of customer service
* The ability to be flexible in their working time to meet the reasonable needs of the business
