Title: Owner Services Representative
Reports To: Vice President of Sales & Owner Services
Location: Remote
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Owner Services Representative (OSR) is a member of the Flight Operations Center (FOC) and is tasked with serving as the primary liaison with managed aircraft owners and/or their representative(s). The role also includes client interaction and servicing activities. A successful Owner Services Representative (OSR) will develop strong internal and external working relationships.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly respond to quote requests from owners for Part 135 flights operated on executive/business aircraft – including outside of normal business hours
- Issue charter contracts and coordinate payments/financial reconciliation
- Schedule and coordinate Part 91 flights when requested/required by managed aircraft owners and/or their representative(s)
- Thoroughly document service requirements and coordinate with flight operations
- Perform coordination of services for contracted trips, including communication with flight operations, brokered operators, and vendors
- Ensure proper day-of-operation communications with client(s), including times outside of normal business hours
- Sourcing and negotiation of brokered/supplemental aircraft for Part(s) 91/135 trip(s)
- Analyze schedule(s) for fleet optimization/utilization
- Utilize industry experience to suggest improvements to sales, marketing, customer service and other business functions
- Record and report all complete/incomplete work in company management applications such as Avianis, TripGrade

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have Aviation experience
- Experience of 2+ years with executive/business jets strongly preferred
- Experience of 2+ years in sales and/or customer services
- Solid ability to use standard office productivity software
- Legal right to work permanently in the United States.
POSITION TYPE:
- This is a remote position, assigned to one of the established work shifts within the Flight Operations Center (FOC) which may/will include weekend and evening hours, as required/needed, and frequent work hours beyond forty (40) hours per week.
