When you join RPS, you’ll become a member of a deeply experienced marine consenting team who have been selected as the lead Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) consultant for some of the industries major “firsts”. These include the world’s largest offshore wind farms: Orsted’s Hornsea One, Two and Three, and Scotland’s largest offshore wind farm SSE’s Berwick Bank.

Other “firsts” include bp and EnBW’s first offshore wind farms in England (Morgan), Wales (Mona) and Scotland (Morven), and Australia’s first offshore wind project, CIP’s Star of the South. We are also providing marine subject matter expertise to support Vineyard Wind, the United States’ first utility-scale offshore wind energy project and have been selected as ESIA consultant for Firefly, Equinor’s first floating offshore wind project in South Korea.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated and ambitious senior level Marine Ecologists for our portfolio of high-profile offshore projects in the UK, Ireland and internationally. With an enviable client list, and the highest calibre team, we offer unparalleled opportunities to apply your talent and truly develop your career.

As we continue to expand into new markets, our team will also support offshore permitting and environmental assessments in the US, Australia and across Asia.
