My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy growing team based in Loughton. This role will be mainly be office based but you will occasionally be out on client visits with account managers.

This is an excellent opportunity for Career progression with a view to becoming an Account Manager for the business.

This person needs to be hardworking be good with clients and IT/Excel & Word etc.

Main Duties

  • Sending Quotes
  • General Administration Duties
  • Sales Support Administration
  • Diary Management for the Account Managers- booking in client visits etc
  • compiling Reports and targets for Weekly Meetings
  • Client Meetings with the Team

You must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
