I am currently hiring for the following roles across Central and Outer London.
Kitchen Sales Designer: A customer facing role, delivering excellence and great customer service. Working with your client to bring their vision to life by creating and designing their perfect kitchen through CAD systems. The relationship with the customer should be well managed to create an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Business Development Manager: Focusing primarily on growth and development, the successful person should be confident to bring in new business and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders alike. Your role will focus on driving sales, managing leads and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Skills and Experience:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Experience in managing stock
-An eye for the kitchen market and competitors
-A can do attitude
-Great interpersonal skills
Package:
The package will vary dependent on experience and location. Both roles come paired with different commission structures and bonus schemes.
Kitchen Sales Designer: £23,000 – £26,000 basic salary, guaranteed bonus for 6 months, commission and excellent benefits.
Business Development: £25,000 – £28,000 basic salary, guaranteed bonus for 6 months and a company car.
