About the role
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to work closely with the General Manager to deliver the best guest experience possible. You will be responsible for cooking up the success of the pub, being in the middle of the action and coaching your team to deliver to quality food every time. You might not meet every customer but they’re still at the heart of everything you and your team do.
This property has a busy bar area bustling during the day, as well as a popular meetings and events room. If you are passionate about hospitality and ensuring every guests has a memorable time then this is the role for you.

You’ll be passionate about delivering quality dishes and food standards
You’re great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills
You’re always keen to learn new techniques, new menu specs and sharing your experience with your team
You’ll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
