We are looking for a Short Courses Officer to join our Team within the Business Engagement Directorate.

The Short Courses Team supports a wide portfolio of activities across our 3 Colleges. Our Short Course Officers play a key role in the successful delivery of Professional and Bespoke Short Courses, providing excellent customer care to our internal and external partners.

You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and have a friendly and positive attitude. As part of a busy team, you will be able to organise and prioritise your own work and have a flexible and positive approach to working in a team.

If you have experience working in a busy, customer focused environment and would like to move to a Higher Education administration environment, this is a great opportunity.
