HAYS have partnered with a truly specialist HEOR consultancy who are undergoing exciting expansion plans throughout the business. Under these expansion plans we are searching for a Senior Medical Writer who will provide an immediate impact to the team and become a vital part of the business as we continue to expand.
The business are one of the most innovative consultancies within the HEOR space and have become the partner of choice for several Pharma’s, Biotech’s and CRO’s due to the expertise across the entire company. They have been growing continuously throughout the past few years but have maintained the close-knit, family style feel to the business making it a catalyst for anyone’s growth.
Your new role
As a Senior Medical Writer you will be in a client-facing role and work closely and collaboratively with the project managers, whilst delivering high quality evidence based solutions. Additionally, your day-to-day duties will consist of the following:
– Time management
– Line management for more medical writers/medical writers of the team (maximum of 3)
– Ensure all client deliverables and internal documents are of a high-quality through proof-reading and editing of your own and others’ work
– Proactively communicate with colleagues across the technical teams
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
– A PhD in a life sciences subject
– Clear and effective communication style (written and verbal)
– Ideally 3 years of market access (HTA and value communications) writing experience in a consultancy environment
– A good understanding of consultancy and how to apply this to your work
