QC & Returns Department:

To support functions in Quality: To load and unload cases to and from receiving, scan cases into the QC bin, provide auditors with cases to audit. Load and cut open cartons on the auditor’s conveyor line. Once audits are complete unload cases and place on pallet. Build cases to a pallet ID and send to Reserve to be put away. Dispose of used corrugation in the bailer. To support functions in Returns: Receive and log returns into the Daily Return spreadsheet, work with clerical or lead associate when returns are not marked properly to obtain correct information. Unload conveyor and place on pallet. Build cases to a pallet ID and send to Receiving to be put away. Dispose of used corrugation in the bailer. Load and unload trailers to and from offsite locations as needed. To follow company safety rules, ergonomics procedures and Quality/Returns department guidelines. Cross-train to be efficient in both areas (QC and Returns).Receiving tractor trailer loads of case merchandise, noting details and any problems with the shipments, sending the cases to reserve stock and other appropriate locations.

Additional Responsibilities:

To follow at all times, company safety rules, ergonomics procedures and shipping guidelines. To be retrained in these areas, when requirements have been modified or updated.
To be cross trained and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Demonstrated agility and flexibility to adapt to changing business and operational needs.
