Salary: £26,000.00 – 28,000.00 + bonus

As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role
The team at the Yorkshire Grey are waiting for someone with an eye for detail who will enjoy taking immense pride in the business and delivering an outstanding food experience for our guests. We want someone who will get excited about maximising every sales opportunity, while taking pride in maintaining excellent standards in both the kitchen and team training. Full training on compliance, ordering and stock taking will be given, the most important thing to us is the ambition to succeed and passion to thrive in hospitality! Kate is an Internal Training Manager – the progression and development of her team is where her strengths lie; making this position perfect for someone looking to progress in the industry!
