One of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory firms are looking to recruit a Senior IFA Administrator/ Paraplanner on a hybrid basis. Role and Responsibilities:
-Technical and administrative support to Senior IFA’s
-Ensuring that clients and advisors are kept up to date with requests
-Ensuring you are proactive with updating client data
-Maintaining the diary management system and ensuring that daily workflow is completed in line with agreed timelines
-Ensure that appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to client records
-Provide financial planning reports
-Draft technical documents and carry out research for client presentations
-Obtain research at request for protection and annuity products
-Processing fund switches and being responsible for their processing
-Meeting IFA’s on a 121 basis
Essential Skills and Experience:
-Experience within a financial services IFA support role with an interest in investment and pensions
-A strong understanding of suitability report writing
-An individual who is focused, driven and professional
-Experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Experience with the use of all key financial service platforms
-RO1 and RO5 qualifications are desirable
Package:
-£30,000 basic salary
-Annual performance related bonus
