In order to provide this excellent service it is now looking to appoint a dedicated clinical nurse trainer to provide expert teaching and education on its infusion systems in the busy hospitals across East Lancashire.
You will need to have substantial and recent NHS clinical experience (including IV therapy) and ideally have five years in an acute setting such as oncology, ITU, CCU, theatre, midwifery or neonatal background. Proven teaching and training skills and a passion for education are a must!
With an ability to clearly communicate at all levels, you will have a conscientious approach to work and possess strong organisation skills, being able to effectively multitask with a positive and professional attitude. Demonstrating good problem solving skills and a flexible attitude to changing priorities, as a team player you will be willing to act on behalf of your team. You will need to demonstrate a mature and calm approach to managing the pressure of work. Additionally, you will need to have a current driving licence.
