Hiring Now: Acquisition Finance Analyst Needed

The Role

This is a fast paced role working within our Mergers and Acquisitions team so M&A experience is essential. You will assist the acquisition and corporate finance team in their day-to-day activities. The location of this role is flexible and can be based from any of our UK PIB Group sites. We are exciting growth plans within PIB Group and this role will give you an opportunity to be at the heart of the action and work on many exciting projects.

Daily duties will include assisting in the valuation of targets, assist in the financial due diligence process of group targets (including tailoring legal contracts, Net Working Capital calculations, Quality of Earnings analysis, etc), Update, enhance and maintain the group 3-year forecast/valuation model, assist with reporting to Senior Management and Group Board and perform ad hoc pieces of analysis as and when required.

About You

To be successful for this role you need to have a degree level education in a numerical discipline; Professional qualification: ACA, ACII, CIMA, or CFA. You will need to have at least 3 years experience in practice and/or similar role in financial services. You will need to be ambitious, driven, proactive, uses initiative, team player and a self-starter.
