BD Trading Partnership, part of BD Group, is undergoing a period of transition and requires a strong and effective People Partner to lead a newly formed operational team.
Our People Team
Our newly formed People and Culture team requires an innovative and progressive HR leader to support the Director of People and Culture to build a strong People team that delivers on the People commitments in the Business Plan. Key to success will be enhancing the culture of the Group to support employee development and build high performing teams.
The Role
The duties include setting up a partnership model and developing a new team of People Partners, along with frameworks (policies and procedures) to guide and support internal leaders and managers, ensuring HR records are compliant with data protection, equal opportunities and other legal requirements.
This role will be responsible for leading our small operational teams, and hands on experience of managing teams responsible for a wide range of employment issues; (payroll, business partners and general operational administration) to deliver efficient and effective people centred services, is essential.
To be successful in this post, you will need to possess excellent leadership, planning and communication skills and be a resilient team player able to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external partners and demonstrate excellent relationship building skills. Experience gained working in the facilities management sector would be a distinct advantage.
