Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (term time plus training days)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Location: Peterborough
Salary: Pathway 2 Point 4-8, £18,336.63 – £19,710.814 per annum (FTE £21,189 – £22,777 per annum)
Start: January 2023

The Role
The Trust are looking to recruit a motivated, self-driven and enthusiastic HR Administrator to support the HR Team to deliver an effective and efficient service across their Multi-Academy Trust.
They are seeking someone who is able to work both autonomously as well as part of a team, has excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks. The successful candidate should be proactive, IT literate and have the ability to undertake various administrative duties whilst maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Whilst HR experience is preferable, the role may be suited to an experienced administrator who has the flair and ability to quickly assimilate new information and who takes a pro-active approach to their learning.
As well as being the first point of contact for the academies, the key responsibility will be to coordinate the recruitment process which includes advertising, arranging interviews, onboarding new employees, completing pre-employment checks and preparing contractual documentation.
Other HR responsibilities include maintaining and updating personnel data, supporting with monthly payroll processes, preparing contractual documentation, support with HR reporting and monitoring and actioning incoming correspondence to the HR Team.
You will be required to work to a high level of accuracy and have excellent attention to detail as well as being able to use your initiative. You will have the ability to build effective and professional relationships with key members of staff and external stakeholders.
