SEA SERVICES
Salary Range: £23,000 – £25,500 (pro rata) per annum
Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week
Base: Altrincham office but willing to travel across the northwest.
SEA Services is an organisation that provides Support/Care services to people who are Deaf and Deaf-blind. We currently employ around 150 staff
We are now seeking to employ a Social and Health Care Trainer to;
- To coordinate all the training activities in the organisation to ensure that all staff have the essential training required to fulfil the requirements of the job.
- To deliver essential training workshops to staff in Health and Social Care to SEA staff such as Induction and refresher training, Health and safety, Manual handling, First aid, Medication, Fire safety, Risk management, Record keeping, Infection control, Food hygiene and Safeguarding.
- To track the training of all staff to ensure that their
- To liaise with external training providers to book training workshops as required.
- To manage the sign up to apprenticeships and diplomas in Health and Social Care.
The Social and Health care Trainer will need:
Excellent organisational and communication skills and a background in health and social care.
BSL skills and Train the Trainer qualification in Health and Social Care would be an advantage although training can be provided.
