Call Center Representative- Bilingual in Mandarin

(Fully Remote)

Salary: $20/hr

A large client of ours, a global financial consulting firm, is looking to add Bilingual Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization and is fully remote. Candidates must be bilingual in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).

Responsibilities:

· Answer inbound calls from Mandarin and English speaking clients about their loan status

· Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence

· Client Management
