Urban League is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced team and assist with coordinating daily administrative tasks. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling meetings, appointments and will also be expected to conduct research, create documents and data entry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, excellent time management skills and impeccable attention to detail.




In search of a Admin assistant that would like to grow with our company. We are looking for someone who is professional, punctual and willing to work.


Duties and Responsibilities –


Greet and help customers in person and over the telephone, delivering excellent Customer Service.

Accurately prepare assigned billing, including receiving, inputting.

Experience with MicroSoft Office & Power Point (and the willingness to learn more).

Sort and distribute paperwork within the office.


Assisting in general clerical duties. Activities may include, but not limited to:





Answering in-coming phone calls.

Software Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

Multi-line phone experience.
