Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a remote Customer Service Associate position within our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers while providing the exceptional service we are known for in the industry! This position is great for individuals with or without prior experience, that love helping others, and can be done part or full time. The Customer Service Associate will be working in a high performance, customer-focused team environment, and will be responsible for several tasks. The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will be responsible for the following roles
:
Provide information and support to customers regarding products/services
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Inform customers of any specials, deals, or promotions available
Take detailed notes regarding customers request/needs to ensure accuracy
Attend required webinars/trainings – including the onboarding training when joining
Maintain a positive, customer-oriented culture in the workplace
Work in harmony with other team members
Accurately handle customer funds, maintaining proper documentation
Must be able to multi-task, and adapt to changes
Be able to effectively problem solve, with a can-do attitude
Navigate through multiple systems and programs
Work with team leadership to ensure proper customer service
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Provide exceptional customer service, whether interpersonal, verbal or written
Maintain a quiet distraction free home area/office space
Guide customers through the planning process, and various packages available
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assist with generating sales leads – and providing them to our sales department
Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely fashion
Go the extra mile, providing exceptional service

Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age, or older – within the United States
Have a computer with internet access (knowledge of Microsoft Office also preferred)
Must be an effective communicator (verbal/written)
Have a great personality, with a passion for helping others
Must have at least one-year prior experience in a customer service type position
