The Candidate must be able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of administrative principles and practices in a broad array of accounting and administrative assignments.


  • Coordinate the signing, distribution and tracking of contracts and related files
  • Assists with project setup in our internal ERP system
  • Update project schedules as needed
  • Prepare and maintain Excel documents and internal reports
  • General scanning, filing, and digitizing will be required
  • Additional data entry & administrative tasks may be required
  • Maintain AIA forms and subcontract agreements
  • Organizing contract files
  • Tracking business/insurance certificates



  • Associates Degree or higher or in the process of obtaining a degree


  • This is an entry level position and requires some office experience
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus


  • Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel & Office
  • Accounting background or education is a plus
  • Good planning and organizational skills; problem solving skills; decision making skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Must be flexible, driven and have a strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and manner
