POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position: CONTRACT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Candidate must be able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of administrative principles and practices in a broad array of accounting and administrative assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the signing, distribution and tracking of contracts and related files
- Assists with project setup in our internal ERP system
- Update project schedules as needed
- Prepare and maintain Excel documents and internal reports
- General scanning, filing, and digitizing will be required
- Additional data entry & administrative tasks may be required
- Maintain AIA forms and subcontract agreements
- Organizing contract files
- Tracking business/insurance certificates
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- Associates Degree or higher or in the process of obtaining a degree
EXPERIENCE:
- This is an entry level position and requires some office experience
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel & Office
- Accounting background or education is a plus
- Good planning and organizational skills; problem solving skills; decision making skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective written communications skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Must be flexible, driven and have a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and manner
