You’ll work closely with our SEO strategist and CEO to help us create the best source for coffee-related resources on the web. Content writing experience and a thoughtful portfolio are a must to be considered for this position.

The Content Writer will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics they are required to write about
- Proofreading written articles before sending them to our editor for review
- Creating, editing, and updating various forms of digital content, such as blogs, FAQ pages, articles, etc.
- Write, structure, and correct texts generated by other areas of the company to ensure the proper use of the voice and tone of our brand
- Generation and writing of content for Social Networks
- Content writing for Landing Pages
- Content writing for email marketing
- Coordinating with the content strategist team to create content that boosts traffic
- Implementing best SEO practices when writing
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have the following:
- A degree in English, Journalism, or any similar role
- At least one year of work experience as a Content Writer
- Experience as a barista or roaster, or at the very least, a strong passion for making coffee
- Portfolio of published articles
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Experience using Content Management Systems, such as Surfer
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with team members
