We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service & Marketing Support Executive to join our team on a permanent, full-time contract, working 40 hours per week.

The Benefits

– Salary of £22,000 – £26,000 per annum depending on experience
– 28 days’ holiday per year including statutory holidays

The Role

As a Senior Customer Service & Marketing Support Executive, you’ll provide outstanding support to our Sales and Customer Care Teams, generating new leads, creating digital marketing material, growing our income and ensuring exceptional customer care.
In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll be getting stuck in from day one, helping to identify and generate new leads and opportunities for live events and permanent installation projects.

Using a broad range of marketing channels, you’ll be getting involved in social media, trade shows and networking, building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

You’ll gain an understanding of their needs and goals whilst providing the high-quality service we’re known for.

You will also be responsible for creating digital marketing material to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.

Working as part of a larger team, you will also:

– Take charge of your own sales campaigns from planning to execution, tracking their progress throughout their lifecycle
– Design simple marketing materials
– Input sales data into our CRM system

About You

To join us as a Senior Customer Service & Marketing Support Executive, you will need:

– Previous experience generating sales leads
– Experience in producing marketing materials and social media content
– A confident telephone manner
– Excellent written communication skills
