Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Clerk
Pertemps are recruiting experienced and switched-on Administrators for our well-established client based in Stafford Park, Telford. On a temp-perm basis, you will be joining a friendly team in an office with a great atmosphere.
This role would be suitable for a strong administrator who is interested in making a change into an accounts-based, administrative role.
Responsibilities not limited to:
- Work as part of a team of 5.
- Matching invoices to orders.
- Obtaining approvals for invoices from Operational/Commercial colleagues.
- Dealing with queries with from suppliers.
- Maintaining a query list.
- Releasing invoices when appropriate.
- Processing Hire Invoices.
- Support other team members.
Ideal Candidate
- Will have previous office-based administration experience.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to working.
- You must be numerate as you will sense check invoice information.
- Good attention to detail.
- Happy to work immediately in a small team, which makes up a larger team.
