You’ll be responsible for being a first point of contact for customers, scheduling bookings dealing with queries and helping to deliver an excellent service. As a customer service operative your role will involve:
*customer service operative
*Dealing with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, booking appointments and answering queries and escalating reports
*Support with general administrative duties and engineers diary management
As a customer service operative you will have:
*Be customer focused and able to manage high volumes of calls
*Have attention to detail and able to deal with a fast paced environment
*Be able to commit to working hours 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm, with the occasion of working til 8pm and available to work 1 saturday per month
*Commutable to Cheam
