What You Do.

Responsible for providing administrative support to the President of Consumer Products Division as well as serve as back up for all division Admins. Examples of work performed include a broad range of complex responsibilities involving confidential or technical information, such as those listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

Compiles reports and furnishes information. Assembles and analyzes as needed fairly complex information or data. Describes results in a written report.

Coordinates and schedules meetings, appointments, conference calls, and travel accommodations.
Prepares monthly expense reports, gathers information needed for meetings and maintains accurate files for reference/historical records.

Researches background material for key presentations.  Provide creative design or coordinates with IMC to ensure professional materials are prepared in a timely manner

Responds to visitors and telephone calls. Greets visitors, including customers, and escorts them to meetings and appointments.  Coordinates schedules with external partners and ensures strong relationships are maintained

Utilizes strong computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) to support the division with presentations, program analysis, and tracking event calendars, etc. Additional training would occur on Sargento specific software, such as SAP, APO, IBP and Thought Spot

Types, prepares, and assembles letters, Board of Director presentations, memos, spreadsheets/charting, presentations, and reports.

Attends meetings, prepares and distributes meeting minutes as required.

Processes purchase orders, supply orders, expense reports, and travel requests.

Manage large workload with the ability to prioritize projects and requests based on timing and importance.

Assists in the organization and execution of CPD projects, events and functions.

Acts as CPD Microsoft Teams, Box, CRM and Thought Spot power user and resource to assist other CPD users with questions as well as coordinates CPD permissions and access

Uses independent judgment in completing activities and operates under general supervision.

May act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources as necessary.

 

 

Your Education and Experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

 

Two plus years related experience and/or training in a professional office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
